The Space

This red-painted ranch home offers a welcoming space to relax and enjoy Southern Arizona.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, its own mini split AC unit, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and lighted mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom includes a pull-out couch and a desk with a computer monitor—handy for work or study. A second bathroom has a bathtub and lighted mirror, making it easy for everyone to have space to get ready.

The living room is set up with a TV for movie nights, and the dining area seats six at a table with a bench. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances and opens to a patio seating area right outside, a nice spot for morning coffee or evening conversation.

Guest access

Pool, Yard, Game Room

The backyard is a favorite gathering place, with café lights strung above the patio and pool. The pool area has a table for four with an umbrella, along with two lounge chairs under a second umbrella for shaded relaxation.

Just off the pool is a separate game room, cooled by its own mini split AC unit. It includes a ping pong table, TV with seating, cornhole, and pool floaties.

Parking

Parking is available in the driveway, with one covered spot. The home is close to shopping, restaurants, golf, and I-10, with Catalina State Park about 20 minutes away for hiking.
